B) Budget (Estimated)

Hotel Rm = $350 + 16% tax cess = $406++
Doorgift + Simple dinner (est $4) + props = $9 per pax x 32 = $288
Logcake = $35
Titbits/snacks = $50
Cup noodles = $1.20 per pax x 32 = $38.40
Soft Drinks + Ice = (24 pkt/box) x 3 box + Ice = $50++
Mixers = 5 bottles x $1.60 = $8, Orange Juices + Ribenas = $50
Paper plates, serveittes, cups, forks, bags (misc) = $20

Total estimated cost = $945.40++
Total collection from guests = $30 x 32 = $960
Any excess $ will be paid to those who bring liquor.

C) Reminder to everyone: Things to Bring

1. $30 Cash pls pay to myself or Lynn (registration reception). Those who paid will be issued a name tag and doorgift.

2. A Xmas gift amounting above $10, no maximum limit. -> I have randomly allocated the names that each one of us should buy for. Pls write the name of the person receiving ur gift on it. The person will not know its from you until the gift opening session at 12midnite.

3. Pls be encouraged to bring liquor, especially the guys! Martell, chivas, henessy, volka and tequila are recommended. -> For those who can bring liquor tat day pls reply, thanks!

E) Meeting Place

Pls meet at 3.30pm at Marina Mandarin Hotel entrance on 23 Dec 06 (Sat). It is encouraged for different grps to come at diff timings. For those who will be coming late, pls call Huhu or myself when u reach. Pls pm me if u will be late tat day.

F) Rules & Regulations of the Party

To ensure a nice and fun party, pls observe the following rules:-

1. No conflicts, fights or arguments allowed.
2. No harressing of girls after drinking.
3. Pls do not spill ur drinks on the carpet else pls do the cleanup. Bills on unremovable drink stains will be charged to offencer & group accordingly.
4. Pls puke only in the toilet or trashbag.
5. Pls keep the voice level down after midnite. Otherwise pls make sure we cover all the leaks in the room.

By the way, I will take it as everyone wants dinner? Dinner will be 'da bao' from the food court (budget $4 max per packet) by a few guy helpers at 7pm.
NOTE: Anyone who will rch later than 8.30pm and dun need dinner, pls ADVISE me so as not to waste food!! We will prob order chicken rice or noodles for those who are not there by 7pm. For those who are oridi in the rm, we'll take order accordingly.

You definitely missed a lot of fun and scandals....

The account was cosed with $148 left. A majority agreed that the left over sum would be used to subsidise future events in the forum. As such, it was decided that should there be sufficient people for the hike, we would use the money for dinner. Those of you who are working or having class who want to join us after the hike for dinner may do so.

In the event that it is only a handful of people doing the hike, we would use the money for the Chek Jawa trip.

Anyone have violent objection?
