if you all are interested, some of the more "star" figure bladers usually train on the weekday nights as well.

star figure bladers siah.. u referring to yeself is it? lolz.. for me night blading means like blade from 1 destination to another... eg, ECP to raffles or from raffles to red hill market. whahaha. hmm but must train first... cos there are a lot of harzards along the way... bak hu(hu), u didnt even go for morning blade, still dare to say onz for night blade *kok*

erm... i am a night guy i go for night cycling and stuff.. cos i dun like sunburn hahha

you wrong number leh, sun shine is for Vit D and Vit D aids in clacium intake for our body...

Vit K is not received from the sun. Most Singaporeans will gain Vit K from natural food sources as it is restricted and not allowed for sale as supplement since it coagulate blood and can works against anti-coagulant medications.

ppl, standard charted marathon will be held tomolo (03/12/06) at ecp which will last till 2pm... so blading for tomolo morning is cancelled, unless u ppl wana go pasir ris to blade. hehe...
