We have launched our new website now available on

Salsa class group photos taken as of May 2007 is now available at our

We have a new Salsa Beginner class starting this Friday 22 Jun at
7pm. Our Street Cha-Cha-Cha class starts next Sat 30 Jun at 2pm.

BELLY DANCE - by Renata Flossova

Belly dance is a Middle Eastern dance that focuses upon isolating different parts of the body, moving them independently in sensuous patterns, weaving together the entire feminine form.

These classes teach the Classic Egyptian Belly Dance where Renata will show
you how to access, energize and isolate different parts of your body. As
far as exercise is concerned, the dance is low impact and involves stretching, strengthening and developing the muscles, especially those in the abdomen and thorax and developing good posture. The dance can be as vigorous or gentle as you want to make it, so it is suitable for all age groups and physical abilities. The classes will teach the techniques of the movements and steps, building up from the basic and gradually adding new moves every week and finally developing into choreographies.

suitable for everyone. Music will include a remix of classical Indian music, pop Indian music and English music. Let us share the Bollywood culture with you!
