Hiking From MacRitchie to Bukit Timah - 6 Jan 07 (Sat 230pm)

If i got energy i dun mind the warm up JOG haha most likely shld be ok... ... RUN i cant else u all gonna CARRY me to the tree top...

Actually. we are going for a pre-walk gym. So who wanna join us for it?

So it should be
1. Gym(to train those walking muscles)
2. Warm up jog(to get the body temp up)
3. The big walk

me abit worried that i will be late on that day lah cuz got family dinner to do in the evening and MUST MUST MUST be punctual lah....

thanks for organising the hike~ it was realli a WORKOUT... my legs are dying hahaha, but it is realli something worth trying... luff the scenery from the tower~ absolutely gorgeous!

also many thanks for picking me up from work to go down and waiting fer me when i was held up by my customer... appreciate it!

However, the highlight of the event was DINNER! i muz say we gobbled down the food in record time, haha ... it was almost total silence for the 1st 10 min as everyone juz focused on the food and stuffing into our empty stomaches haha...Yum Yum

but hey it was guilt-free eating ! esp considering the amt of calories b4 dinner...

i think i wld "die" halfway yesterday, if sunny nv go. hehe
he carried all the water thru'out the 14km, uphill, downhill and the long long whining route..

all the water meaning - 1litre of 100plus, 3 cans of 100plus, 1 bottle of mineral water..

moon so unfit. my feet and legs are aching so much, then sunny feels perfectly alright.. argghhh..

haha i might also the unfit sooooooo long never hike dunno my body can still tahan or not

not the siong siong 14km hike.. join for other outdoor and healthy activities, like blading and such..

haha if go blading i confirm will sit most of the time de lor... cos i dunno how to blade hahaha

But actually our girls all quite fit.... so no problem at all

My whole body is aching now... shows my super lack of exercise.. hehe...

But real glad that I went with you guys for the hike... my embarassing toe cramp episode aside.. I feel a great sense of achievement.. my first 14km hike!

It wasn't really embarassing. Cramps happen all the time even to professional sportsmen. Beside no one would have remembered until you bring it up.

I thought you did very well... Looked rather fit and energetic at the end. Moreover, you wanted to hike home after the big walk.... wow.....
