Hey everyone, I'm finally back from 2 weeks of inaction... practically living at SMU for my masters course ..

Anyway had this feelin union square is getting a little overcrowded... Shall we check out Upper club at Chijmes instead?

There is this salsa saturday think the next one is 10th Feb.. theres a $20 Nett cover charge for 2 soft drinks or 1 house pour..pay 16 if dressed in blue...

Hey everyone, so sorry the blue theme was for their first salsa saturday night this year on the 13th Jan think we missed that one... the next one we are going for will be 20++ net. There's no discount for wearing blue that night. So sorry about that...

Note sure about Upper Club. If we pay for Salsa entry and enter early, we may not be able to find a table because tables may be for people to eat at the time. And they may not be playing Salsa music yet. Then, we may need to stand. Unless they let people enter for Salsa to occupy the tables too.

Otherwise, we enter early for dinner, chit-chat and then wait until Salsa. Not sure if we still need to pay for salsa. Om the otherhand, we just enter late for Salsa. We can have dinner somewhere else and go there late.

Anyone been to Upper Club before??? Care to share the experience. Thanks
