Calling all Ladies who have completed Beg Level 2, or 10 weeks of
Salsa....inject some FLAVA dancing!!!
Learn how to use arms, shoulders, ribcage and hips during basic
steps, basic turns (right turn, left turn, cross body lead etc) and
basic shines.
Also learn the Do's and Don't's of styling on the social dancefloor.

huhu, which one u gog for?

I'm considering ADS' "Body Movement" class. Has anyone gone for that class or can share their thoughts on it?

Or do you know of good body movement/body isolation classes (from ADS or other schools) to go for?

i think ladies styling can go for xenbar by yanqing.... other than tat.. en motion is quite good at body isolation too

not yet for me i wait for rueda 4 finish first

too stress for anything except rueda rueda rueda~

yupyup, me too... will clear my rueda 4 first... i wish jjsalsa has more of these courses too i heard the workshops they had the last time was really good, too bad i was tied up during that period of time... hope it wont be long before we have it again
