Attitude Dance Studio presents Sekou McMiller

Attitude Dance Studio is proud to present Sekou McMiller in
Singapore from Thursday 23rd August to Sunday 26th August.

Look forward to a weekend of amazing workshops and performances by
this talented individual who is not only a Performer, Instructor and
Choreographer, but also Founder and Artistic Director of Descarga
Caribe Dance Company.

About Sekou
Born and raised in Chicago, music and culture have always played an
important part in Sekou's life. He trained and competed as a
classical flutist for 12 years and danced and performed with several
dance groups in many different genres. It wasn't long before Sekou
fell in love with Salsa music. With his strong background in jazz
and hip hop and classical training as a flutist/composer, Sekou
began to break Salsa dance and music in its various aspects.

Sekou has developed his own style in Salsa/Mambo, rich in Afro-Cuban
influences, amazing Body Movement and laced with techniques from
many dance genres. Sekou and his dance company Descarga Caribe have
received broad recognition throughout the United States, Asia &
Latin America.
