Is 20 pax enough to feed the entire village (as long as the budget is within $150 to $200)? I think we shld not get too much food cos not many ppl are eating and most gals are rather small eaters.

ok I think most probably I will be going but whether am I staying overnight is another matter needed for consideration haha~

food for 20 pax sounds reasonable. i think we need more drinks than food. hehehe.... tho i have a suspicion we will have a much higher turnout than expected

20pax should be ok. Std practice is for 30 people, cater arun 20 pax food can le. (always 10 people less) Food will be more than enough le.

Anyway, I will be going later, so when you guys are there and realise that you need other stuff, just call or msg me so that I can bring them on my way there yah?

we the lazy ppl have decided not to bbq but just have cooked food. no objections horr. hmm... so we can cut down on cost as well.

I'll be going... but will probably reach around 8-9pm. Will bring some sandwiches and potato salad, since I heard you guys not ordering BBQ stuff anymore...
