Anyway day is fine with me..but i voted 22-24 cos Xmas.... the feel will be special if can dance with someone u love...haha.. Just let mi know in advance so tat i can plan for it.....

This is interesting..I would love to see how different the salsa pubs in KL are as compared to Singapore! Further normally KL pubs close late at 6am..so we can party till morning..

But I think its safer if we can get a big group of guys and gers to go..

Well basically i was hoping to keep it simple... Fix a weekend and leave friday morning (probably need a days leave for this)... If we can get enough people we can get a coach and book accom... Its gonna be kinda low budget (i was looking at <$250) for the hotel and food, shopping not included... For those on a budget we can squeeze 3-4 people in a hotel room... for those who feel rich we can get them 1-2 person per room... but of course the flexibility is there and we need to see the demand first...

I'm still looking for more possible places we can visit one each night... so that makes two places for two nights... the afternoons are more or less own time own target you do ur shopping and just make sure to get to the gathering place for dinner and dress up for clubbing!... (you can just bring yourself and buy new clothes there if you want if you feel $$$... but in MY... i think we're all quite rich... MuAhaHa)...

It sounds a little idealistic and simple at this point... Its still open to new ideas! Help is appreciated!

Although I most probably cannot make it for this outing, but I would suggest your guys to stay at a service apartment. Should be cheaper than booking hotel rooms.

One of which that I've stay before is Crown Regency, quite reasonable rate, nice and convenient.
There's a choice of up to 3rooms apartement which i think can accoumodate quite a number of you. The living room is big and the sofa is comfortable to sleep on too.

Just returned from KL.
Me actually went to Salsa Havanas at Federal Hotel and though there weren't alot of pple there dancing, some of them were really good!!
Not a bad experience...

fantastic!! everyone's so enthu' abt it...
how abt 8 - 10 dec or 22 - 24 dec? guess we will need to apply leave soon...

I would prefer 22-24 so i dun have to take leave on 25 or 29-31 cos maybe if fun can come back on the holiday day.. haha~ anyway I most probably can go on any date in december. Alright i see at this point we have a tie between 8-10 and 22-24. From the looks of it it seems 22-24 wouldn't be very convienient as many people will want to spend it in Singapore with their loved ones... and also during the christmas season i think it will be difficult to book hotel rooms.

Lets decide on 8-10 then... Can you guys get in groups of 2-4 (for the rooms) for registration? Please note you have to take leave on the 8th for this trip as the coach trip will most prob be 8th morning.
